Morning routines

  • Wake up early, (4 - 5 am) to have time to start the day with you and your most critical activities
  • Make your bed, to get your first result accomplished right at the start of the day
  • Maintain a simple wardrobe, to save your time and mental energy for most important topics
  • Do sports, to feel well and maintain your energy that you need for your daily adventures
  • Read quality literature, to learn new things and to get you up to date
  • Take a cold shower, to get energized and proof to yourself that you control your body 

EVening routines

  • Do chores, to get things done without the need for much mental energy and have a tidy home
  • Spend time with family and friends, to feel like it's weekend during the week
  • Wrap up our day, to growth and learn from mistakes and be elaborate on today's achievements
  • Envision tomorrow, to get clear about your next todos and the get exited for the day to come
  • Read quality literature (again), to uplug from the world and get great input for the night
  • Go to bed early, (around 9 pm) to get  7h plus of sleep to be well rest for next day's challenges 
  • Put your phones on airplane mode and out of your bedroom, to be truely disconned from social media and to avoid harmful radiation
